Were you always strong/athletic/muscular? Any childhood memories you can
share? Yes. Always the only girl that could climb the rope in gym class or do chinups in elementary school.

When/Why did you start lifting weights to look good and stay active
What empowers/motivates you as an athlete?: the competitive aspect and to set a goal and meet it
What's your strongest muscle group, what do you consider your weakest?: strongest is back and chest, weakest is calves
How do people, men in particular, react to you lifting weights and/or being
muscular?: love it or hate it, but mostly love it while being very intimidated
Have you ever been challenged in sports or in the weight room or in other
circumstances to prove yourself against a guy? Can you share any stories and
results of such experiences with us? Yes, several times. My trainer would put me against male clients to make them work harder.

What are your future goals in athletics and weight lifting? Just to stay fit and always keep young. I need competition and goals.
